Deliveries
Delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Delivery time will depend on your location and the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are based on estimates provided by carriers, and your order will usually be delivered within the estimated time from the date you receive your order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are estimates and in individual cases delays may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot influence any delays that may occur with carriers after your order has been picked up from our warehouse.
Shipping costs
Any shipping costs that may be charged for your order will be automatically added to the total amount of your order. You will see the shipping costs (if applicable) for your order in your shopping cart before you confirm your order.
Shipping methods and shipping costs in Finland
All orders in Finland are shipped via Posti. We offer free shipping in Finland for orders over €75.
Posti - Postal parcel, 1-3 business days (delivered to a pickup point) from €5.90
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Posti. Available shipping methods will be displayed once the shipping address is entered. Please note that all shipping times are estimates based on the average delivery times of our shipping partners and we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the shipping dates.
Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method. For international deliveries, shipping options and costs are determined by zip code and country. You will see the available shipping methods and shipping costs before confirming your order. Please note that we use third-party service providers to fulfill deliveries.
Return conditions
Unused products have a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the order.
The customer pays the shipping costs incurred for the return.
In the event of a return, please contact info@wellen.fi and state the reason for the return. We will try to respond to you within 24 hours and provide instructions on how the return works.
If your return request is approved and requires delivery, you will receive an email with delivery instructions. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund. If you return the product, we will refund the product price and any shipping costs to your account in full within 14 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse.
Inspection of shipment
Checking the shipment, errors and problems
We ask you to check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost, damaged during transport or does not correspond to your order, is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days at info@wellen.fi. We will agree with you how to fix the matter. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act in cases of errors.
