General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Wellen online store and all orders placed through it. By using the online store, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. We reserve the right to change or update the content of the online store, including prices, product selection and these terms and conditions. If we make significant changes to these terms and conditions or the privacy policy, we will endeavour to notify our customers in advance on our website.   Please note that companies are not entitled to invoke rights under Finnish consumer protection legislation. ​

Products and Prices

You can easily find the features and prices of our products in the individual product descriptions. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the current prices in the shopping cart before confirming your order. All prices include VAT of 25.5%, which is clearly displayed in both the shopping cart and the order confirmation.

Orders

You can order products on our online store website by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except as later mentioned about the right of withdrawal, binding and creates an agreement between us with these delivery terms. To place an order, you must meet the criteria set for the order and provide correct and accurate information about yourself. You can place an order either as a registered customer or without creating an account.

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed. A binding order will only be created when we send you an order confirmation confirming the availability of the order. ​

 

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties required in their own country. We do not charge Finnish VAT for orders outside the EU.

Please note that all discount and promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Discount or promotional codes will not be deducted retrospectively. ​

 

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. ​

 

Your personal data will be stored in our customer register. For more information about the processing of personal data, please see our privacy policy.

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used. If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Payment Terms

All prices shown in our online store are in euros. Customers from countries outside the EU are exempt from Finnish VAT, but are responsible for any customs duties, local VAT and similar charges in their own country.

Payment methods

We use Klarna as an external payment service provider. Klarna's accepted payment methods include Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express cards, as well as most common online banks and MobilePay.

In our online store, you can also purchase products with Klarna's flexible payment methods. Select Klarna as the payment method at checkout and after accepting the order, you can choose the Klarna payment method that suits you. Please note that the contract is between you and Klarna, i.e. wellen.fi does not act directly as an invoicer. Together with Klarna Bank AB (public) (headquarters address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods, where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Invoice: the payment period is 30 days from the delivery of the products. Klarna's invoice terms are available here.

Fixed installment: you can choose different monthly installment options at checkout. The installments will decrease each month until the credit amount is paid.

Klarna processes your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and Klarna's privacy policy.

Wellen is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise in respect of the damage in question.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by obstacles beyond our control. Such obstacles of force majeure include, for example, exceptional natural phenomena, transport disruptions, strikes or trade or export bans. We are also not liable for disruptions, interruptions or outages of the online store. ​

 

Consumers

These terms and conditions do not limit Wellen's liability for defects under applicable consumer protection legislation. The customer must report a defect in the product within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, but preferably no later than one month.

 

Companies

Wellen is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability for damages is limited to a maximum of 100% of the purchase price.

​Intellectual property rights of the content of the online store

 

The content of the Wellen online store, including images, videos, texts, product information, trademarks and diagrams, is the property of Wellen and/or its partners or licensors. Unauthorized use or copying of the content or materials of the online store is prohibited. ​

 

Personal data and data protection

We are responsible for the careful processing and storage of customer data. For more information on the processing of personal data and data protection, please see our data protection policy. ​

 

Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law, excluding provisions on conflict of law.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiations will be handled exclusively in Finnish courts.

Consumers may also seek advice from the Finnish Consumer Advice Bureau or contact the Consumer Disputes Board for a recommendation.
